ABOUT

Welcome to my website! I'm Lisa, and have practised yoga for 11 years before finally taking the plunge and completing my teacher training a couple of years ago. I now hold 3 weekly classes and mini retreats.

 

, I'm passionate about making yoga accessible for all. Many times I say yoga has saved me, from becoming a mum, to helping my umbilicus hernia retract to then helping me navigate my perimenopause symptoms it really has been a godsend for me.

 

Whilst I love a bit of incense and some crystals I'm also pretty down to earth (I hope) get terrible brain fog which is funny at times and frustrating always!

 

My classes are relaxed and welcoming, not taking ourselves too seriously and really connecting in to what your body needs to help you get the most out of this precious time you've carved out for yourself. They're about taking what you need rather than what you think is expected.
